My colleague and co-instructor of Cyber Security Law and Policy, Professor Milton Mueller is, as he always does, attending the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), this time in Istanbul, Turkey. This is the Ninth Annual Meeting, and the theme is “Connecting Continents for Enhanced Multistakeholder Internet Governance.” Milt will be a speaker — along with Vint Cerf — at a Main/Focus session on Thursday, September 4, 2014, entitled, “Evolution of Internet Governance Ecosystem and Role of the IGF.” (While that is, in fact, a very big deal, if you are familiar with multistakholderism you will understand that there are two moderators and 21 speakers at that session alone, and 703 scheduled speakers overall.)
