It’s a miracle!
Nearly half a year after it’s release, NATO CCD COE finally decided to release its Tallinn Manual in a downloadable, printable form. After trying to read it in that god-awful viewer, and then actually going through and taking hundreds of screenshots, I can actually sit down and read the thing in a reasonable fashion.
I think it’s a bit ridiculous that it took this long, but I guess better late than never.
