Michael Riley had a great article for Bloomberg Businessweek about how the owner of a 8 person firm took on the PRC after the Chinese stole the firm’s signature software.  The article recounts how Brian Milburn (the owner of the firm) filed a civil lawsuit against the PRC and then suffered a “relentless campaign of cyber harassment” that almost collapsed the firm.  A fascinating story, and one I highly recommend.
