Extremely interesting article.
On 6/1, David Sanger reported for the New York Times on Stuxnet. Many people have theorized that the United States and Israel were behind Stuxnet; this article seems to confirm it. Specifically, the article detailed how President Obama continued a Bush era program called Olympic Games. The Olympic Games program brought us Stuxnet. Moreover, the article detailed President Obama's decision process regarding Stuxnet.
Sanger based his article on interviews "with current and former American, European and Israeli officials involved in the program as well as a range of outside experts." Certainly not official acknowledgement, but this might be as good as it will get.
Again, if this article is to be believed, the U.S. and Israel were behind Stuxnet.
